Marketing Analyst – Paradero Homes

We’re seeking a Marketing Analyst to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that position Paradero Homes as the most coveted residential offering in Baja California Sur. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in paid digital advertising for real estate, and a strong understanding of high-end clientele and luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid digital marketing efforts, including campaign strategy, performance analysis, and media buying optimization (Google, Meta, programmatic platforms), with a focus on lead generation and brand positioning for Paradero Homes.

  • Manage and coordinate external agencies and freelancers across Paid Media, Social Media, Email Marketing, and PR, ensuring creative consistency and performance alignment.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), mainly based in the US and Canada, seeking immersive, design-driven, and sustainable living experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with the real estate and development teams to ensure alignment between marketing messaging and sales goals.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs across all digital channels; propose data-driven optimizations regularly.

  • Uphold and champion Paradero’s values: sustainability, authenticity, slow design, and future living.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of exclusive events and experiences to position the homes with potential buyers and brokers.

  • Create, review, and refine brand content across platforms in line with our elevated tone of voice and visual identity.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing. 

  • Proven expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic).

  • Experience working with agencies and/or freelancers for content creation and media buying.

  • Strong grasp of luxury lifestyle branding, consumer insights, and storytelling for aspirational real estate.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
