We are looking for a person who will be responsible for transmitting the company's values, promoting a healthy lifestyle through their passion for wellness, coaching and fitness, while using their sales and negotiation skills to generate an authentic connection with clients.

Responsibilities:
• Promotion of Company Values: Ensure that the project's mission, vision and values are reflected in their actions and interactions with potential clients.
• Accompaniment: Resolution of any doubts that the client may have about the project, the company and their future with us.
• Tours with Potential Clients: Accompanying potential clients in various activities to teach them about the lifestyle and opportunities we offer.
• Building strong relationships with the client: Generate trust and loyalty through close and personalized interaction, encouraging the client to always feel special and satisfied with Paradero.
• Understanding the Possible Strategy for Customer Retention and Interest: Understanding which of the activities we offer would attract the most attention to the specific client.
• Staying Up-to-Date On Trends: Being aware of what clients might be looking for, the latest trends in fitness, coaching and wellness to always maintain the highest quality in our experience offering.
