Program Overview
The Future Leadership Program is designed to help participants learn, grow, and become influential leaders capable of contributing to meaningful change and having a positive impact on the Group. This immersive experience is tailored for emerging talent eager to make their mark in the luxury hospitality industry from day one.
As part of the Commercial Team, you will play an active role in strengthening Paradero Hotels’ positioning within the global luxury travel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and management of strategic relationships with luxury travel consortia, agencies, and top-tier travel advisors.
  • Assist in the creation and consolidation of the "Travel Trade" segment by identifying opportunities and helping secure agreements with industry-leading firms.
  • Represent the brand at international trade shows, industry events, and key client meetings.
  • Participate in lead management and support the design of commercial strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Help manage a high-value global client portfolio, building partnerships with consortia such as Signature, Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR), SmartFlyer, Ensemble, Internova, Frosch Travel, BCD Travel, Above & Beyond, among others.
  • Gain hands-on experience in luxury sales, business development, and strategic brand positioning.
Ideal Candidate
  • Final-year or final-semester student, recent graduate, or young professional (0–2 years of experience) in business, marketing, international relations, tourism, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented.
  • Passionate about luxury travel, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth.
  • Advanced English (required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
